State budget revenue in the first four months of 2023 was estimated to decrease by 5% compared to the same period last year. State budget expenditure was estimated to increase by 6.1% over the same period in 2022, ensuring the needs of socio-economic development, defense, security, state management, payment of due debts as well as timely payment for specified objects.
